I've been using bitcomet for 2 years and the half from version 0.50+.No problem at all!

Best:

BitTorrent technology is integrated into HTTP/FTP download, with which BitComet automatically finds other clients and gets data from them to increase your download speed，without additional bandwidth usage of the HTTP server. (wow isnt it)

Every month update 1 or 2 times...

Worst:

don't like the interface..
